Michaela represents clients in commercial and civil litigation, in disputes for payment of damages against the state, in administrative proceedings and provides legal services in pre-trial negotiations, conclusion of out-of-court settlements and also in execution and bankruptcy proceedings. Among the most significant court disputes, in which she provided legal services, are disputes regarding unfair competition, commercial disputes of high value, protection of personality of high-profile individuals and disputes in the field of Medical Law. JUDr. Lenka Imrišík, attorney at law Lenka Imrišík provides complex legal advice across all areas of the legal system of the Slovak Republic, with a particular focus on Commercial Law, Civil Law, Contract Law and Administrative Law. In her practice, she supports clients in addressing everyday legal matters as well as complex legal issues related to clients’ business and private activities.

Lenka primarily advises clients on structuring, review and optimization of contractual relationships, assists with preparation and assessment of contractual documentation, as well as with resolution of issues arising from selected regulated sectors and specific legal regimes.

Daniel actively specializes mainly on provision of legal services in the field of ICT Law and issues related to software copyright protection, and also Intellectual Property Law and Proprietary Law in general, as well as Data Protection Law. He provides legal services mainly regarding software license regulation and protection of author’s rights relating to employees’ works and commissioned works. His professional expertise greatly benefits clients who need preparation of high-quality license agreements and legal representation in related legal matters.

In his legal practice, Daniel specializes mostly on complex protection of software proprietary rights, license agreements and service-level agreements. He provides legal services enabling clients to freely develop and implement their information systems, including the right set-up of licenses, regulation of subcontractor relationships and carrying out due diligence with focus on protection of intellectual property. Marek Šimka is an attorney and partner at the law firm BP Advokáti in the Czech Republic and has been cooperating with the law firm MENKE LEGAL since 2016 as an of counsel.

Within this cooperation, he primarily acts as a link to the legal system of the Czech Republic —providing legal advice to clients of MENKE LEGAL in the Czech Republic or in matters involving a Czech element. Thanks to his knowledge of Slovak law, he also participates in selected projects in Slovakia, particularly in the fields of Public Procurement and Information and Communication Technologies (ICT).

In his practice, he has been focusing on Commercial Contracting and Litigation, especially in the field of Information Technology, with a particular emphasis on Public Procurement. He has extensive experience in Software Law and other areas of Intellectual Property Law, including trademarks. He provides clients with comprehensive legal advice in structuring contractual relationships, negotiating commercial terms and dispute resolution.

He has participated in preparation of contractual documentation for high-value public ICT procurement projects, represented clients in disputes related to ICT deliveries, copyright infringements and proceedings reviewing legality of decisions made by public authorities.
